GAMG To Appoint David Nissman as Director

Rockville, MD — December 31st, 2025— Global Asset Management Group, Inc. (“GAMG”) will appoint David Marshall Nissman to its Board of Directors in Q1 of 2026, strengthening the Company’s leadership with deep expertise in federal compliance, banking, and economic development.

Mr. Nissman brings decades of distinguished public- and private-sector experience. He previously served as the 19th U.S. Attorney for the District of the Virgin Islands, following his appointment by George W. Bush on April 18, 2002. During his tenure, Mr. Nissman prosecuted numerous high-profile cases and advanced the administration of justice in the territory. In recognition of his service, the U.S. Attorney’s Office Building on St. Croix was later named the David Marshall Nissman Justice Center, and he was honored as Rotarian’s Man of the Year.

Beyond public service, Mr. Nissman has served as a Director of multiple companies and as CEO of banking and lending institutions. He has owned and operated several financial services businesses and has been instrumental in designing compliant tax and economic-development programs under U.S. territorial frameworks. His work—first representing the U.S. Government and later advising the Virgin Islands Government and private enterprises—has helped attract capital and foster sustainable economic growth across U.S. territories, including the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

A recognized authority on Caribbean economic development, Mr. Nissman has advised governments throughout the region on strategies to stimulate investment while maintaining rigorous compliance standards. He authored key economic-development statutes still in force in the Virgin Islands today, including the Virgin Islands International Banking Entity statute, and subsequently drafted the implementing regulations adopted by the Governor. His scholarship includes award-winning legal treatises, notably Proving Federal Crimes, selected by Amazon as one of the ten best law books of the year upon publication.

Mr. Nissman graduated magna cum laude from Emory University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon.
