ROCKVILLE, MD — September 9, 2026 — Global Asset Management Group, Inc. (OTC: GAMG) ("GAMG" or the "Company"), a diversified asset management company focused on strategic acquisitions, real estate, operating businesses, and long-term value creation, today announced several corporate developments as the Company continues to execute its broader growth strategy.

The developments include the completion of GAMG's acquisition of G&O Landscaping, Inc., the appointments of Phil Kang as Chief Investment Officer and Andy Roiniotis as Chief Operating Officer, and project updates regarding Memorial Residences.

GAMG Completes Acquisition of G&O Landscaping

GAMG recently completed the acquisition of G&O Landscaping, Inc., an established Illinois-based commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance company.

The transaction includes G&O's operating business, equipment, inventory, customer contracts, and owned real estate consisting of two parcels. G&O is now a wholly owned subsidiary of GAMG.

G&O generates revenue through commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services serving municipal, school, park district, commercial, residential, and seasonal customers, as well as through services and materials associated with topsoil, mulch, and hardscape projects.

GAMG's post-closing business plan also contemplates evaluating the addition of a recycling operation as part of the Company's ongoing review of future business opportunities. Management believes the acquisition expands GAMG's portfolio of operating businesses and adds an established operating platform with real estate, equipment, customer relationships, and recurring service operations.

Officer Appointments

GAMG announced the promotion of Andy Roiniotis to Chief Operating Officer ("COO").

In addition to his role as Chief Marketing Officer, Roiniotis will also be responsible for coordinating the Company's operating activities, acquisition integration, internal execution, and cross-company initiatives as GAMG's portfolio and organizational structure continue to expand.

GAMG also announced the promotion of Phil Kang to Chief Investment Officer ("CIO").

In his new role, Kang will focus on investment strategy, acquisition analysis, capital allocation, and the continued development of GAMG's investment framework.

These promotions are intended to support GAMG's continued operational and investment oversight as the Company expands its portfolio of assets and operating businesses.

Updates on Memorial Residences

The Memorial Hospital redevelopment, now known as Memorial Residences, continues to advance, with the property secured and stabilized following a coordinated effort with the City of Pawtucket. Planning and historic review are underway as the development team works toward repositioning approximately 386,000 square feet of the former hospital campus into a mixed-use community featuring a redevelopment concept currently contemplating approximately 160–180 residential units above commercial and community-oriented space.

The team is also actively engaging city officials, community stakeholders, law enforcement, and commercial leasing professionals as design, approvals, and financing continue to progress.

Building the Infrastructure for GAMG's Next Stage

Management views the G&O acquisition, executive promotions, and Memorial

Residences project as components of GAMG's continued organizational development.

The Company is simultaneously seeking to expand its portfolio of operating assets, strengthen the executive team responsible for managing those assets, and develop a corporate and capital structure capable of supporting additional growth.

Rich Balles, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GAMG, commented, "We have spent considerable time building the foundation necessary to operate GAMG at a larger scale. That means identifying the right assets, putting experienced people in key leadership positions, and ensuring the Company's corporate structure can support its long-term strategy. We believe these developments represent meaningful progress across each of those areas."
