Completion of DC Rental Portfolio Corp. Acquisition
On September 29, 2025, Global Asset Management Group, Inc. completed the acquisition of DC Rental Portfolio Corp. (“DC Rental”) pursuant to a Share Exchange Agreement dated February 6, 2025. Under the agreement, the Company acquired 100% of DC Rental’s issued and outstanding capital stock in exchange for 250,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock issued to DC Rental shareholders.
DC Rental Portfolio Corp., pursuant to the laws of the District of Columbia, owns or is in the process of acquiring various income-producing multi-family residential housing units in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Company is actively negotiating the acquisition of additional multi-family properties expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
As part of the transition, John Murray, President of Global Asset Management Group, Inc., has been appointed President of DC Rental Portfolio Corp.
